PAYMENT, SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

Payment Policies:
Pay-Pal payments are taken instantly at the time of ordering, even if it's a "preorder" or backordered item.
Credit Card- Visa/MC will not be charged until the item actually ships.

Item availability:
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Your receipt will contain order status codes*.


Time to Shipping:

All items in stock will process and *begin shipping* within 3 -5 working days unless otherwise notified. If the item is not in stock-We will contact you asap with the expected date of delivery. We will also contact you when the item has shipped. Your credit card will not be charged until the item has shipped (except PayPal charges which are processed immediately.) 

USA Standard Delivery

  • Unless holiday special of priority shipping all order usually arrives within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items only)  Call us if other shipping ways are needed.
  • You may receive several shipments to complete your order

Canada Standard Delivery

  • Order Usually arrives within 10-14 business days (for in-stock items only)
  • You may receive several shipments to complete your order

RETURN POLICIES

- We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise.

- Return Approval: Returns will not be processed without prior approval, so please email us using our contact page or info@shoppasha.com before returning any merchandise to receive authorization for your return.

- Christmas Returns: Any order placed Nov 23rd - Dec 25 can be exchanged or returned up until January 14th.

- General Returns: We will be happy to issue a store credit or refund (see limitations below) within 14 days of your tracked delivery date if the item is returned in the original and re-sellable condition.*

*This means: All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags still on, and item must be unused.


- Shipping Charges We will not refund shipping charges.


- Return Shipping: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We suggest you use an insured shipping method that can be tracked.

- Exchanges: Please note we can exchange items for a different size or different items. When requesting your exchange, please specify the size you require. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or item and the exchange entitles you to a refund, you will receive store credit for the difference.

Return Exclusions:


- Sale Items: All items in the any "Clearance' section are final sales. All items on sale are final sales.  If you feel that a sale item sent to you is defective or damaged in some way, please contact us we will work with you.

- Earrings
: For sanitary reasons NO returns will be issued for earrings.

- Swimwear
: Due to the nature of swimwear NO returns will be issued for swimwear.
- Undergarments: Due to the nature of lingerie NO returns will be issued for undergarments
